Our team pre-select a shortlist of qualified Candidates and will telephone interview or meet them for face to face interviews if requested, forwarding the files of those who we are happy to recommend, for your final review and selection.

 

Everyone is kept fully informed and updated throughout the recruitment programme and we encourage each Candidate to develop a professional relationship with Betts, enabling us to establish an accurate match.

Employment Consultancy

Betts Recruitment provides an Employment Consultancy service which includes advice on the preparation of contracts, structuring salary & benefits packages, job spec creation, assessment of Clients’ own shortlisted Candidates and professional support in any other areas of HR and Employment. 

 

* Where Candidates have remained employed in either the original position that we recommended them for, or another role within the same company.  Since 2003 only 1 permanent placement has failed – and that happened when we found out the Candidate had misrepresented their qualifications when final checks were made after reporting.
